U OF U 40 YEAR REUNION

University of Utah Physical Therapy Program began in 1969. A 40 year reunion was held at Little America in Salt Lake with Carolee Moncur PT, PhD as the guest speaker. Carolee taught my anatomy and neuroanatomy course in PT school. Carolee is a well respected individual in the realm of physical therapy. She delivered a hilarious and inspiring speech as always.

Me and Shawnee Haws; surprisingly the only class mate at the reunion. We worked together for countless hours in school. What a great support and example she was and continues to be. Such great memories!

MATCH GAME

Maelyn and I have been enjoying playing the match game. We have played it a few times and she is usually particular about making the rules. She has been full of questions and the ones I can't answer or the ones that are what they are, I usually reply with, "Because Heavely Father made it that way". She had matched two birds in the Strawberry Shortcake match game that were different color backgrounds and the birds were facing opposite directions. When I tried to explain to her why it was not a match she said to me, "It's ok mom, it is just how Jesus made them."

AKA TRUCK

Most kids transpose consonants when learning how to talk. Of course the sweetest boy of all with a cute little voice would loud and proud play with a FUCK! I thought the phase would last a few weeks and then he would correct himself. Six months later I was still getting calls from sitters with the giggles after hearing my sweet boys favorite word. We are blaming this one on Aunt Mandy or possibly his Grandpa Blake.
