Despite all the fun had with their cousins, Maelyn and Daison got sick. We should have known better than to knowingly take our children to a home that had sick kids, but it sounded to much fun to resist. In the end the trip was a success; I was able to finally spend a little one on one time with Bree to get to know her a little and Maelyn got to play with her cousins.
We were trying to explain to Maelyn why she was sick and how the body works when you catch a germ. Daison found a movie with Bill Murray called Osmosis Jones. It is now Maelyn's favorite movie and she watches it a few times a day. She still wants to know how the mad germ got from Nicholas and Zoe's tummies to hers.
